Community Living Espanola has been working on raising the funds for a new specially equipped van and are thankful for support from the wider community including the Espanola Lions Club.
The Lions Club made a donation to Community Living for $24,000 as part of the distribution of Catch the Ace tickets over the last year.
The funds are going towards the $150,000 cost of the new van, which is designed to fit two wide wheelchairs, walkers and seating for clients and staff.
The new van has been ordered and will arrive later this spring.
