Town of Espanola Spring Flushing Program underway

The Town of Espanola’s Spring Flushing Program gets underway today.

Flushing will take place on different streets between the hours of 3:30 pm and 11:30 pm with the program expected to wrap up around April 28th.

Flushing will commence in the south end of town at the supply source and progress North until all lines have been thoroughly flushed.

Officials say flushing can cause temporary discolouration, loss of pressure or no water at times and refrain from doing laundry for at least 24 hours after your area has been flushed.

To find out the daily flushing areas, Listen to radio station 99.3 MOOSE FM at approximately 9:18 A.M. or 3:49 P.M. and check out the town website at www.espanola.ca

Iron Out Rust Remover will be available at the Public Works Office at 596 Second Avenue if required.

Please call the office 705-869-1751 Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
