On the podium was a favourite spot for Team Sudbury at the Skills Ontario competition in Toronto.
Students from Cambrian College, the Rainbow District School Board, and Sudbury Catholic Schools combined to win four gold, two silver, and four bronze medals at the competition this week.
Cambrian sent a complement of 24 students to Skills Ontario, with an additional 28 team members from Rainbow Schools and 5 students joining from Sudbury Catholic Schools to round out Team Sudbury.
Skills Ontario is Canada’s largest skilled trades and technology competition and offers a unique opportunity for top students to demonstrate that they are the best in their fields for skilled trades.
