An Espanola woman is one of 7,000 people who took on the challenge of the steps of the CN Tower in Toronto.
Terri Noble and daughter-in-law, Samantha Grignon, decided to spend this past weekend climbing nearly 2,000 steps at the CN Tower in support of the World Wildlife Fund.
Noble says the duo was assigned to a team from Barrie and began the trek, which to her, seemed to take a very long time.
Noble says it was harder than she thought and it took them about an hour while other members of the team who were in better shape completed the challenge in about 17 minutes.
Over $1 million was raised with Noble’s team contributing $4,000.
