Three students from Espanola High School are facing charges following an assault.
Back on Thursday, October 5th, Espanola Police were called to the school to investigate an assault.
Police determined during the lunch recess, two students assaulted two others while a third posted threatening messages toward the same two alleged victims prior to the assault taking place.
One of the victims also suffered a broken nose.

A 14-year-old from Birch Island and a 15-year-old from Massey were arrested and charged with assault and assault causing bodily harm, and a 13-year-old from Birch Island was arrested and charged with uttering threats.
They are to appear in Espanola court on November 20th.
