The Special Investigations Unit is now on the case involving Sudbury police and a man they were trying to arrest. The SIU says the 36-year-old got hurt during the arrest. He was taken to hospital with a shoulder injury. The SIU gets involved whenever interaction between the police and the public results in injury or death.
