The Manitoulin Expositor is reporting that a senior in the Wikwemikong Nursing Home had a bad fall which resulted in his hospitalization. Eighty-five-year-old Robert Still died later in hospital. The Expositor reports a source close to the paper says Still’s injuries were violent in nature. The Expositor says the nursing home is carrying out an internal investigation and is cooperating with police as they also investigate the case. The Ministry of Health is also aware of the incident.
