Timiskaming-Cochrane MPP John Vanthof is confident that hydro will still dominate debate during the current session at Queens Park. Vanthof says that’s despite the Liberals rebating the provincial portion of the HST on hydro bills back to consumers. Vanthof says two other major issues the NDP will pursue are healthcare and job creation in the north.
