Domestic dispute ends in charges for an Espanola man

A domestic dispute has resulted in a couple of charges against a 29-year-old Espanola man. The man was first charged with spousal assault and was ordered to stay away from the woman.

But, he was then charged with failing to comply with an undertaking because he showed up at the woman’s apartment just hours after the domestic dispute.
