Former Little Current OPP Constable facing fraud charges

A former constable with the Little Current OPP is among three senior police officers charged in a fraud scandal. Fifty-year-old Martin Bain is charged with fraud over five thousand dollars and money laundering.

Two other officers face the same offenses following a 19-month investigation by the RCMP. During his time, Bain was also a vice president of the Ontario Provincial Police Association.

The three appear in court in Toronto July 18th.
