Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for Greater Sudbury and vicinity.
“Snow is expected to impact northeastern Ontario beginning Saturday afternoon,” states the weather agency. “15 to 20 cm of snow are expected by Sunday morning. Some areas may also receive ice pellets mixed in with the snow, which could reduce the total snowfall amount.”
Reduced visibility in heavy snow is also possible.
