A Northern Ontario engineering firm is making its foray into Southern Ontario. Tulloch Engineering, which has an office in Espanola, is joining A. J. Clarke and Associates of Hamilton. Although Clarke will be a division of Tulloch, it will continue to operate under the Clarke name. Tulloch’s chief operating officer, Mark Tulloch, says the company is excited about the joint venture. Tulloch was formed in Thessalon 20 years ago and has eight offices in the north that are involved in land development projects.
