SPORTS: Second Annual Mindemoya Youth Co-ed Softball Tournament hosts teams from throughout the North Shore

This past weekend was a busy one with the Second Annual Mindemoya Youth Co-ed Softball Tournament taking place with 27 teams, that’s some 310 players taking part in the three-day event.
In the Peewee Division, the overall champs were the Sandlot Tigers over the Sandlot Legends to claim the Prescott Family Trophy.
In the Bantam Division, the Mon Stars defeated The Outsliders to win the Lanktree Family Trophy.
And, in the Midget Division, the Chiefs defeated the Purple Jellyfish to claim to newly honoured King Family Trophy.
