It was a rough weekend for the Espanola Express, losing 6-3 against the Soo Thunderbirds and the Elliot Lake Wildcats, 8 to 7 in weekend play.
Powassan Voodoos beat out the Blind River Beavers 3-2, but the Beavers got a win against Rayside Balfour Canadians, 6 to 3.
