A collision on the major intersection turning into Elliot Lake resulted in minor injuries.
Elliot Lake OPP were called out to a two-vehicle motor collision at the junction of highways 17 and 108 on Wednesday around 3:00pm.
A pick-up truck made a left turn onto Highway 108 and was struck by a westbound SUV.
The drivers of both vehicles and their passengers sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The 52-year-old female driver of the pickup, who hails from Elliot Lake, was charged with failing to yield.
