The new Brentwood Village subdivision at the south end of Espanola has a model home ready for viewing.
The phased-in development includes 27 homes for sale and lease.
Brentwood Village by Olivadel Developments is designed exclusively for mature adults (55+) and seniors.
Long-time local builder, Todd Yusko, says starting December 27th, public open houses will be held every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 1-4pm.
With construction well underway, homes will become available for occupancy starting in January 2019.
