All four lanes of Highway 17 running through Blind River will be re-opened by mid-November.
Causley Street bridge construction resulted in reduced speed limits and lane closures since it began in July as part of the connecting link project on Highway 17.
The roadway will see the 50 km/h speed limit back in place and all four lanes open to traffic through the winter months.
