Algoma Public Health is looking for someone to receive its Public Health Champion Award.
The health unit is asking residents in Algoma to nominate a person who is making their community healthier.
The health unit says when nominating someone, consider what they’ve done that protects and promotes a community’s well-being.
Algoma residents can nominate a worthy recipient online and have until September 28th to do that.
