Sacred Heart Public School is hosting its annual Walk for Justice.
Vice Principal, Jacqueline Rivet, says the walk is held every year at Catholic schools across Ontario with a different theme every year.
She says the We Walk For Water theme brings attention to the fact many small children die each year from the lack of clean water, even close to home.
She adds there are even homes in Canada that do not have clean water.
The walk will be held this morning and students will focus some of their in-classroom activities on the theme.
