No charges have been laid in connection with a motor vehicle collision, which occurred in Sudbury in mid-March.
On March 16th at around 9:00am, members of the Sudbury OPP responded to a collision involving two vehicles on Highway 69 in Greater Sudbury.
Police say the driver of a Kia Spectra traveling northbound on Henri Street was attempting to cross Highway 69 when he was struck by a Ford Focus traveling eastbound on Highway 69.
The driver of the Kia, 76-year-old Aiden Reddy of Sudbury was transported to hospital where he later died of his injuries.
The OPP have completed the investigation and no charges will be laid.
