Cambrian College was recognized on the national stage receiving the 2017 Award of Excellence from Electricity Human Resources Canada.
At the annual awards banquet in Toronto last week, Cambrian earned the Award of Excellence for Innovation in Resource Practices in the Education category.
Phil Adams, the Chair of Cambrian’s Schools of Skills Training, says the institution was recognized for their excellence in training students in the Power Line Technician, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Techniques and Power Engineering programs.
The overall program is the longest-running one of its kind in Ontario.
