Cambrian College has sealed a time capsule to mark its 50th anniversary.
The college is marking its golden anniversary this academic year and unveiled a time capsule last Friday.
A number of dignitaries were on hand for the unveiling and sealing of Cambrian’s time capsule, which will be re-opened in 2067.
The time capsule, which is located in the main foyer of the Barrydowne campus in Sudbury, contains items from the past 50 years donated by current and former students, staff, faculty, and dignitaries.
The items include 1960s science lab equipment to varsity athletic wear and episodes of a Cambrian-produced local television series from the 1970s to pictures of the 1991 visit by Prince Charles.
