Traditional First Nation stories will be the focus of a conference being hosted by the Ojibway Cultural Foundation.
The Ninth Annual Anishinaabewin Conference is coming home to Manitoulin Island this year.
The conference brings together teachers, students, elders, artists and writers to share stories, history and language of First Nations.
The theme is Nanabush teaching stories that are only told in the winter months.

It is being held at the Manitoulin Hotel Conference Centre in Little Current February 2nd and 3rd.
The Drum Social scheduled for this Friday 6:00pm to 8:00pm is free to the Public.
