As part of Rainbow District School Board’s monthly environmental initiatives, Rainbow Schools will participate in Waste Reduction Week all this week.
Waste Reduction Week is a national environmental campaign.
Throughout the week, staff and students will take part in a series of challenges and events including Waste Audit Wednesday, No Plastics Thursday and Litterless Lunch Friday.
Schools in Espanola, North Shore and Manitoulin Island are also taking part.
