An Elliot Lake man is facing several charges after being found trespassing on private property.
East Algoma OPP say last Friday at 4:30 in the morning, police were on patrol duties on Albert Street in the City of Elliot Lake.
The stopped a man who was trespassing in a yard on the street.
The man was known to police and was out past his curfew.
Subsequently, the 59-year-old was arrested and charged with trespassing, two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.as well as possession of cocaine and other prohibited drugs.
He is to appear in Sault Ste. Marie bail court today.
