The Fibre Arts Festival in Espanola is adding a new project designed to engage the public. The festival wants people to make rectangles from fabric that are then stitched together and tied around the trees at Sherwood Park. Festival coordinator Jody Pilon says the project is to show connections in the community. The completed rectangles will be showcased around the trees during October when the Fibre Festival takes place.
